Wrestling Australia Inc is the Peak Australian (National) Sporting Organisation for the Olympic sport of wrestling in Australia.
We exist to develop wrestling in Australia, both Freestyle and Greco-Roman (for men) and Freestyle (for women) as well as the non-Olympic Beach Wrestling and SOMBO and Indigenous styles of Wrestling.
The associations role is to encourage and develop the widest participation and highest proficiency in the sport of Olympic Wrestling within Australia.
Through the development of coaches and officials,the association provides leadership to the sport and enables the states of Australia the ability to coordinate progras and activities.
