New Zealand Secondary Schools National Wrestling Championships 2025

Date: Friday, 29th August 2025 
Venue: Dilworth College Gymnasium, Mount Saint John Ave, Epsom, 1051 
Weigh-in: All compe tors must weigh in and pay (if haven’t already)  
at the venue Thursday 28th or Friday 29th August between 8:00am and 8:30am

Comp Start Time:   9.30 am 
Competitor Age Groups (age turned during 2024): 
13 or under = Intermediate Boys or Girls 
15 or under = Junior Boys or Girls 
16+ = Senior Boys or Girls 
Under 13 Male:       26kg, 30kg, 34kg, 38kg, 41kg, 44kg, 48kg, 52kg, 57kg, 62kg, 68kg, 75kg, 85kg. 
Under 13 Female:   29kg, 33kg, 36kg, 39kg, 42kg, 46kg, 50kg, 54kg, 58kg, 62kg, 66kg. 
Junior Male: 
38kg, 41kg, 44kg, 48kg, 52kg, 57kg, 62kg, 68kg, 75kg, 85kg, 100+kg.

Compe on A re: 
• Black, blue or red shorts, or above knee length skins only (schools to provide blue/red ankle bands for their 
wrestlers) 
• No t-shirts however rash shirts can be worn if ght fi ng 
• Wrestling singlets/boots for those who are ac ve compe tors 
Entry Fees: 
• Payment of all fees must be made prior to weigh-in and compe on. 
• $30 per student. 
Fees are payable to NZ Secondary Schools Olympic Wrestling Assoc (Inc.) by direct debit into Account No:      
12-3150-0225057-00. Ref wrestlers name and college. 
Entry registra on forms and payment must be received by the Chairman, New Zealand Secondary Schools Olympic
