Our October monthly webinar is dedicated to "An Athlete's Guide to Supplements: Best Practices for Informed Decisions".
Are you aware of the risks associated with supplements?
Studies conducted by LCG have shown that supplements available on the market can be contaminated and mislabelled, which can lead to an athlete inadvertently ingesting substances on the Prohibited List.
Join our in-depth discussion to understand these risks and to receive practical guidance on how to make informed decisions about supplement use.
Leading our discussion is Tracey Lambrechs, OLY – Rio 2016 Olympian, Commonwealth Games Weightlifting Medallist, and Terence O'Rorke – Business Development Manager at LGC – who will break down the best practice around the use of supplements so you as an athlete can lower your risk and protect yourself.
